We appreciate the importance in referring workers to take care of your precious children and in order to provide the best care possible, we offer a unique service where our dedicated members can refer workers to suit your needs, whether live-in or live-out permanent nannies or temporary, regular or casual child-minding.
Baby-Sitting
Experienced sitters are available during the day or evenings, seven days a week. Sitters perform any duties necessary for the care of the children in the time they are together. Duties include: diligent supervision of children; feeding, changing, bathing and putting to bed if required. Baby-sitters are engaged to attend to the children only, unless prior and specific arrangements are made at the time of booking.
Short-Term Live In
Fees are calculated on a 24-hour period. This is where a sitter stays at the client’s home, in the parents’ absence and takes on the parents’ role of caring for the children.
Before and After School-Care
Families seeking Before and After School-care generally negotiate duties and pay with permanent workers. SupaSitters provides families with the option of advertising on our website for a minimal fee, or having a permanent part-time worker for the cost of a placement fee. With a permanent worker it is normal practice to pay a retainer during the school vacations where the carer is not required to work.
A third option is to use casual child-minding, which is more suited to short-term or irregular work.
Nanny Placements
Nannies are experienced child-care professionals who provide child-care in your own home. A nanny’s role is care of the children and any related tasks, which may include: constant supervision; providing age appropriate activities; preparing formulas and meals and feeding; washing the children’s clothes, towels and bed-linen and keeping their area clean and tidy.

Our on-line advertising rate is just $55 (GST inclusive). Doing your own advertising, candidates apply directly to you. As the employer, you do the interviewing, selection and reference checks.
