SupaSitters’ Commitment to National Privacy Principles (as established in the Privacy Act 1988)

 
In this privacy policy, "we", "us" or "our" means Supa Sitters Pty Ltd (ACN 113 245 355).
 
As a service provider for in-home care, SupaSitters collects personal and sensitive information for the purpose of providing services you have requested.  The information is obtained to develop and deliver services and to fulfil applicable legal requirements.  The collection and use of information is limited to the minimum in order to deliver superior services to our clients and to administer our business.  Details of the types of information collected are detailed further down in this document.

SupaSitters primarily collects personal information for the following:

ensure none of the general or specific information is ever provided to any other organisation for mailing lists or commercial contact.

subject to some exceptions, client families and sitters have a right to gain access to the personal information held about them as long as it does not interfere with the rights of other persons or breach confidentiality that attaches to that information. If you wish to access information, please do so by a letter to the Directors of SupaSitters.

from time to time, your information may be used to send you information about SupaSitters’ services. If you do not wish to have information sent about the services, please advise.  


Types of information we collect include:

• Your name, address, contact information (telephone; mobile; fax and email)
• Your availability for contact
• Your requirements for assistance
• Time, day and date the assistance is required
