Supa Sitters Pty Ltd ACN 113 245 355 (herein called "SupaSitters") provides this website (the "Site") as a communication platform to enable those seeking in-home child care to connect with those providing child minding services.  
 
Acceptance of Terms
 
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the legally binding terms and by accessing and using the Site you agree and accept to abide and be bound by the Terms, the privacy Policy and any notices and disclaimers displayed on the Site.
 
Within these Terms, "us", "we" or "our" means SupaSitters.

SupaSitters has the sole discretion to change these terms of use; therefore, it is important that you revisit this page each time you wish to advertise or undertake a search.

Termination of this agreement shall not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
 
Eligibility
 
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to the Terms herein.  Our services are available only to those that can form legally binding contracts and to those who can legally work within Australia.
 
This Site is not available to anyone who has been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterised as a sexual offense.

Advertisers

Advertisements must comply with all antidiscrimination and equal opportunity legislation.

Advertisers declare that all information provided is accurate and does not breach any law or the rights of any person and does not impersonate any person. It is an offence to give information that is known to be false, or leave out information so that information you do give is misleading.

SupaSitters has the authority and discretion to refuse or accept (or remove from the site) an advertisement which it believes may violate the rights of any person or which it considers breaches these Terms of Use or does not comply with relevant laws.

Applicants

SupaSitters accepts no responsibility for the content of any job notices as they appear on this site and candidates acknowledge that SupaSitters has no control over the quality, safety or standard of positions advertised on this site or the truth or accuracy of the information contained in the job notices and are solely for the guidance of prospective candidates and are not to be relied upon.

SupaSitters gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular job and will not be responsible should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time.

SupaSitters will not be liable if a candidate is not given, or does not obtain a job for any reason.

SupaSitters will not be liable for any loss caused by a failure to complete an application.
Candidates expressly acknowledge that any use of information Advertisers gain from job notices appearing on this site will be at the candidate’s own risk as SupaSitters accepts no liability for the accuracy or reliability of information contained within those notices.
 
Release
 
SupaSitters provides an opportunity for client families to make contact with Sitters, who may submit proposals to the client regarding their services.  Any contract of service is then between the client and the Sitter.
 
Payment is to be made to the Sitter referred, immediately at the end of the assignment.
 
The Sitter is to be advised if there are any restraining orders in place or custody disputes to ensure the safety of the children.  Full details including a description of the person or persons, against whom the restraining order has been made, should be provided.
 
All information provided about the Sitter is to remain confidential and is not to be discussed or passed on to third parties.
 
Sitters are independent workers.  If there are any issues concerning the service received by the client family or payment due to the Sitter, the parties must deal directly to resolve any dispute.  By using this Site, you represent, understand, and expressly agree that SupaSitters its directors, employees and affiliates cannot under any circumstances accept responsibility for any omissions, inconvenience, damages, costs, claims or liabilities whatsoever, from or in connection with any introduction by or through SupaSitters.  You must satisfy yourself in this respect.  Sitters shall always be under the supervision, direction and contract of the client.
 
You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users of this Site and you agree to immediately report any alleged improprieties of any users therein to SupaSitters.
