Supa Sitters Pty Ltd ACN 113 245 355 (herein called "SupaSitters") provides this site and by continuing you agree and accept to abide and be bound by the Terms of Use.

SupaSitters reserves the right to determine what information is displayed on this website.

SupaSitters has the sole discretion to change these terms of use; therefore, it is important that you revisit this page each time you wish to advertise or undertake a search.

Termination of this agreement shall not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

Advertisers

Advertisements must comply with all antidiscrimination and equal opportunity legislation.

Advertisers declare that all information provided is accurate and does not breach any law or the rights of any person and does not impersonate any person. It is an offence to give information that is known to be false, or leave out information so that information you do give is misleading.

SupaSitters has the authority and discretion to refuse or accept (or remove from the site) an advertisement which it believes may violate the rights of any person or which it considers breaches these Terms of Use or does not comply with relevant laws.

Applicants

SupaSitters accepts no responsibility for the content of any job notices as they appear on this site and candidates acknowledge that SupaSitters has no control over the quality, safety or standard of positions advertised on this site or the truth or accuracy of the information contained in the job notices and are solely for the guidance of prospective candidates and are not to be relied upon.

SupaSitters gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular job and will not be responsible should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time.

SupaSitters will not be liable if a candidate is not given, or does not obtain a job for any reason.

SupaSitters will not be liable for any loss caused by a failure to complete an application.
Candidates expressly acknowledge that any use of information Advertisers gain from job notices appearing on this site will be at the candidate’s own risk as SupaSitters accepts no liability for the accuracy or reliability of information contained within those notices.

Home Owners

You must be the home owner who has paid the fee to search and acknowledge the Privacy Statement by registering on-line. SupaSitters unfortunately cannot offer any guarantees of success with on-line search and all application fees are non-refundable.

You will be able to search for suitable house sitters and read the profiles listed. You can then choose to email or SMS Sitters to introduce yourself and the Sitter will reply. Once contact has been made you may choose to exchange personal phone numbers and addresses.

All information provided by SupaSitters is to remain confidential and is not to be discussed or passed on to third parties.

All Sitters listed in our database are independent of and not in anyway to be considered employees or agents of SupaSitters.

House Sitters

You declare that all information provided is true and accurate and understand that it is an offence to give information that is known to be false, or leave out information so that information you do give is misleading.

You agree to update your personal and contact details as well as availability should they change.

After SupaSitters has provided information about a possible assignment, you agree to contact the prospective client as soon as possible.

All House Sitters are selected by the Home Owner.

You must respect the privacy of clients and not disclose and/or discuss any information you may have that relates to their lives or activities, except in official dealings with SupaSitters.
